VUKMIR + ASSOCIATES advised MASLINICA Hotels & Resort in collective negotiations with the Trade Union of Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia, which, after several months of constructive dialogue, led to the signing of an annex to the Collective Agreement. The negotiations resulted in the alignment of the agreement with recent amendments to the Labour Act, while also enhancing employees’ material rights, including salaries, supplements, and other forms of remuneration.
